Using our website is quite straightforward. You can either search products by your favourite brands by using the navigation menu along the top bar, or alternatively you can search by product type (eg "Mens Jackets") by using the menu on the left of the screen. If there is a specific item you wish to look for you can use our search facility in the top left corner of the screen.
Visual Impact's online store accepts payment via a Paypal payment gateway, which means you can either make a payment using a credit/debit card or if you are a registered Paypal user you can make a payment direct with your account. Paypal is one of the most well recognised global online payment systems, and users benefit from a number of additional security features to protect your details and payments whilst using their service.
Whilst our stores both sell gift vouchers we are currently unable to offer these for sale online.
We do require you to create an account when making your first purchase, but this is a quick and easy process which takes little more time than completing a usual online checkout. With an account you will have additional benefits, including not needing to fill in your details when making return purchases, and you will also be automatically signed up to our newsletter to receive exclusive offers and the latest news.

We will process a refund within 3 days of receiving your item back, and email to let you know when it has been received and processed. Once you've received your email it can take another 7-10 days for the refund to be credited to your account. We will credit your refund to the same card you used when you placed your order. If we can't do this (i.e. if the card has been declined, cancelled or has expired), we’ll send a cheque to your billing address. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days please us and we will contact us investigate further.
No problem, simply follow the link that reads 'forgot my password' on the 'sign in' screen and you will be able to reset your password.
Sometimes email filters will move email to 'junk' folders - to avoid this happening simply add any visualimpact.co.uk email addresses to your address book.
