If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return to us in its original condition within 7 working days. The garment must be returned with all original tags and packaging, and your original delivery note. Please mark on your delivery note if an exchange or refund is required. Once your return has been processed we will exchange the item and despatch free of charge or issue a full refund for the value of the item.We recommend customers use a recorded delivery service for returning goods, as they are responsible for them until they arrive back with us.Refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear or other intimate items due to hygiene, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Goods/Incorrect item
All our goods are inspected personally before despatch. However if you receive a faulty or wrong item please email email@example.com quoting your order number, name, product purchased reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with your return.

All Standard and Express delivery types are sent via Royal Mail and require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to take delivery of your order a calling card will be left and your goods can be collected from the Post Office detailed on the card. We send ALL UK orders via recorded methods of post to avoid discrepancies.
