The garment must be returned with all original tags and packaging, and your original delivery note. Please mark on your delivery note if an exchange or refund is required. Once your return has been processed we will exchange the item and despatch free of charge or issue a full refund for the value of the item.We recommend customers use a recorded delivery service for returning goods, as they are responsible for them until they arrive back with us.Refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear or other intimate items due to hygiene, unless the item is faulty.

          Faulty Goods/Incorrect item

          All our goods are inspected personally before despatch. However if you receive a faulty or wrong item please email office@visualimpact.co.uk quoting your order number, name, product purchased reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with your return.
