Can I contact you by phone?

Sometimes its better if you can talk to someone rather than email them, and our team are always on hand to answer any questions you might have or give you the advice you might need on sizings and fits etc.

How do I use the website?

Using our website is quite straightforward. You can either search products by your favourite brands by using the drop-down link called 'Brands' located on the the top bar of the home screen, or alternatively you can search by category type (eg "Mens Jackets") by using the drop-down link list called 'Categories'. If there is a specific item you wish to look for you can use our search facility in the top right corner of the screen.

 

Is it safe to order on your site?

Visual Impact's online store accepts payment via a Paypal payment gateway, which means you can either make a payment using a credit/debit card or if you are a registered Paypal user you can make a payment direct with your account. Paypal is one of the most well recognised global online payment systems, and users benefit from a number of additional security features to protect your details and payments whilst using their service.

 

Can I purchase gift vouchers from you?

Whilst our stores both sell gift vouchers we are currently unable to offer these for sale online.

 

Do I need to sign up to use the website?

We do require you to create an account when making your first purchase, but this is a quick and easy process which takes little more time than completing a usual online checkout. With an account you will have additional benefits, including not needing to fill in your details when making return purchases, and you will also be automatically signed up to our newsletter to receive exclusive offers and the latest news.

 

Do you operate a gift-finding service?

All our staff are here to help, and we can recommend from a huge range of products to find the gift most suitable for you. Please contact us for details.

 

I have a question about delivery.

We offer a completely free standard delivery service all over the UK, usually taking between 3-4 working days. We also offer a special delivery service costing £6.00 which will be delivered on the next working day, depending on what time the order was placed. If you have a question regarding the whereabouts of your order, or to enquire about a delivery service not listed please contact us.

 

I returned my item several days ago but have not received my refund?

We will process a refund within 3 days of receiving your item back, and email to let you know when it has been received and processed. Once you've received your email it can take another 7-10 days for the refund to be credited to your account. We will credit your refund to the same card you used when you placed your order. If we can't do this (i.e. if the card has been declined, cancelled or has expired), we’ll send a cheque to your billing address. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days please contact us and we will investigate further.

 

I've forgotten my login details

No problem, simply follow the link that reads 'forgot my password' on the log in screen and you will be able to reset your password.

 

I am not receiving emails from you

Sometimes email filters will move email to 'junk' folders.
